PART I — PRIVACY POLICY
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how DSN collects, uses, and discloses information from visitors to [WEBSITE URL] (the "Site"). It applies only to the public-facing marketing website. If you are an enrolled or prospective student interacting with our learning management system, our separate Student/LMS Privacy Policy governs that data instead, and is incorporated by reference wherever the Site links you into the LMS environment.

Contact and inquiry information you submit through Site forms (name, email address, phone number, message content). Newsletter or mailing list sign-up information. Automatically collected data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and pages visited, gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
3. How We Use Information
We use information collected through the Site to respond to inquiries, operate and improve the Site, send marketing communications you have opted into, and analyze Site usage and traffic patterns.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share Site data with the following categories of service providers, who process it on our behalf: HubSpot — marketing automation and customer relationship management (contact form submissions, newsletter sign-ups, email engagement). Stripe — payment processing. We do not sell personal information collected through the Site to third parties.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate core functionality, remember preferences, and analyze traffic.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about DSN's NCIDQ exam-preparation programs and services. Content on the Site is provided for informational and marketing purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, or licensing advice.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and course descriptions, is owned by or licensed to DSN and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
4. NCIDQ / CIDQ Disclaimer
Design Success Network is an independent examination-preparation provider. DSN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Council for Interior Design Qualification (CIDQ), and "NCIDQ" are used on this Site solely for identification and reference purposes. All rights in those marks and materials belong to CIDQ.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Any statistics, testimonials, or success-rate information referenced on the Site describe past student experiences and do not guarantee that any individual student will pass the NCIDQ examination or achieve similar results.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. DSN does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
