Design Success Network was founded on a simple belief: earning professional credentials should be challenging, but finding quality support shouldn't be.
Since 2023, Design Success Network has helped interior designers navigate the NCIDQ certification process through practical education, a supportive community, and accessible learning resources. We understand that most candidates are balancing careers, family responsibilities, and personal commitments while preparing for one of the most important milestones in their professional journey. Our mission is to make that journey more approachable, more affordable, and ultimately more successful.
Unlike traditional test prep programs that rely solely on self study, Design Success Network focuses on teaching candidates how to think through problems, apply professional judgment, and build lasting knowledge that extends beyond the exam. Through live instruction, study resources, practice materials, coaching, and community support, we help designers develop the confidence and competence needed to achieve certification and advance their careers.

JULIANNE J PETERS, NCIDQ
Founder & Lead Instructional Designer
Julianne J. Peters is an award winning interior designer and educator based in Philadelphia, PA, USA with over a decade of experience in the design industry. Throughout her career, she has worked across multiple project types and has dedicated significant time to advancing the profession through teaching, mentorship, and volunteer leadership.
Her passion for education and professional development ultimately led her to create Design Success Network, a learning platform designed to provide affordable, accessible, and effective exam preparation resources. As an official NCIDQ Exam Ambassador, she remains actively involved in helping candidates understand the certification process and develop the skills needed for long-term professional success.
MARCIA SWEIGERT, NCIDQ
Business Development and Training Manager
Marcia Sweigert is an NCIDQ certified interior designer, educator, and business development professional with more than 20 years of experience in the interior design industry. Throughout her career, she has combined design expertise with a passion for mentorship and helping designers build successful careers while strengthening the profession as a whole.
As a long time advocate for interior design certification and licensure, Marcia has dedicated much of her career to supporting designers on their path to NCIDQ certification through education, coaching, and exam preparation. She has volunteered for both the International Interior Design Association and the American Society of Interior Designers. She has been with DSN since day one!
